Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $87,500 per year, consisting of a base pay of $75,000 and a commission-based structure that rewards top performers. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, Aflac, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, paid vacation, sick days, profit sharing, a flexible spending account, and life insurance.


Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC Sales Rep / Territory Manager, your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with current dealers while identifying new opportunities for growth. Your work schedule will typically consist of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weeknights and weekends, and one night a month may be spent traveling to the territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Providing expert advice on product selection and installation
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

You will also be responsible for hosting factory tours or events, delivering high-quality sales presentations, and showcasing our online tools.


Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven sales management experience in the HVAC industry
  • Strong knowledge of finance, marketing, and pricing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and organization
  • Residence in the territory is mandatory

HVAC experience is highly desirable, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.


Working Conditions

This position requires working from our office during regular business hours, with occasional travel to the territory and potential weekend work.
