Job Summary
A high-energy, self-motivated Commercial HVAC Sales Account Manager is sought after by Oliver Heating & Cooling to develop strong business relationships while acquiring HVAC Service Agreements within the territory of eastern PA, Southern NJ and Northern Delaware. As a key member of our team, you will prioritize activities to target key clients, establish client rapport using well-established products and services, and maintain ongoing communication with all assigned and potential accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify new and existing opportunities
  • Prioritize tasks to target key clients
  • Negotiate with clients to gain business while maintaining approved profit margins
  • Maintain accurate client information within Oliver's database

About You:
  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma/Technical trade school, or equivalent

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, including benefits such as 100% paid premiums on health care, vision, dental, prescription coverage, paid vacation, paid holidays, tool allowance and a 401K plan with a guaranteed match.
