About the Role

Oliver Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves developing strong business relationships, acquiring HVAC Service Agreements within the territory of eastern PA, Southern NJ, and Northern Delaware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify new and existing opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Establish client rapport using well-established products and services, prioritizing activities to target key clients.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all assigned and potential accounts, following up with proposed bids and leads.
  • Analyze and negotiate renewals of existing service agreements, negotiating with clients to gain business while maintaining approved profit margins.
  • Engage and assist in the resolution of any outstanding collection concerns, maintaining accurate client information within Oliver's database.
  • Support fellow associates and work for the betterment of the overall team, always maintaining and following company policy.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, proficient with CRM or related software.
  • Reliable with excellent time management skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience, knowledge of HVAC industry preferred but not required.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid premiums on health care, vision, dental, prescription coverage, paid vacation, paid holidays, tool allowance, and a 401K plan with a guaranteed match.
