We are seeking a talented Business Development Sales Executive to join our team at Cox Communications. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to share innovative solutions with clients.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business accounts, developing sales growth plans, and communicating with prospective customers to explore mutually beneficial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying new business prospects in assigned territories and collecting information about their businesses to prepare for sales calls.
  • Developing and maintaining sales growth plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Making sales presentations to customer decision makers and negotiating pricing, products, and promotions with new customers.
  • Collaborating with internal sales support and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We require a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field, although relevant education may also be considered. Some of your key qualifications should include:
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A successful track record meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency using Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office, and a CRM (customer relationship management) tool.
