Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team at Osby Water Conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the success of our company.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Greet and assist onsite guests with a high level of customer service.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
