We are looking for a Senior HR Administrator with robust technical expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Absence management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee-related information (personal details, status updates, etc.) in Workday, ensuring compliance with all employment regulations.
- Support the prioritization of HR Operations initiatives and workflows.
- Create and meticulously manage a range of confidential files in line with established policies and protocols.
- Assist in the administration of the compensation review process, including the compilation and submission of survey data for market analysis.
- Strong foundation in Human Resources Administration.
