Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of employee-related information (personal details, status updates, etc.) in Workday, ensuring compliance with all employment regulations.

  • Assist in the administration of the compensation review process, including the compilation and submission of survey data for market analysis.
Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel, including the use of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
