Job Summary

Kelaca is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the HR function. As a confident and assertive leader, you will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and sustainability.
• Lead initiatives for organizational development, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Oversee the development and execution of recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Act as the senior resource for conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR programs that drive business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing HR technologies and leveraging data for decision-making.
