Missouri Jack is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in managing restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, select, train, and develop restaurant employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Customer Service: Ensure guests receive excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
  • Leadership: Demonstrates high ethical standards, treats employees and guests with respect, and actively listens and communicates timely, clearly, and accurately with management team and crew.
  • Problem-Solving: Remains calm when challenged or placed under pressure, calms others who are confronted with a difficult situation or task, and effectively manages conflict.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs., ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift, ability to move freely throughout the restaurant, and ability to operate restaurant equipment.
  • Transportation: Ability to drive a motor vehicle and provide valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
