Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or similar position, with a strong track record of success in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, guests, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
