  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or similar position, with a strong track record of success in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet business demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
