- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: One or more years of experience providing skilled administrative and clerical support.
- Computer Literacy: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and familiarity with standard administrative processes and systems.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and others.
- Customer Service Skills: Effective customer service skills, including the ability to respond to questions and requests from team members, customers, and others.
Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise.
