Job Overview

Turner Brooks Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office Assistant to support the efficient operation of the office and contribute to the company's success. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, typing, copying, and ordering office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager, project managers, and President.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects and focused operational tasks as needed.
  • Support other office staff with various tasks, such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, and weekly PM Reports.

Requirements:

  • Construction experience preferred in Accounts Receivable, Project Coordination, Purchasing, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in a busy office is preferred.
