Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative skills and extensive experience in data support.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing department calendars, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support for data programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating marketing activities and preparing meeting materials
  • Attending meetings and conference calls as needed
  • Documenting and disseminating action items and key points from meetings
  • Supporting data projects by monitoring project deadlines and clients' payment schedules
  • Processing and reconciling receipts and invoices
  • Conducting online searches to gather required information
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating the development and completion of monthly data reports and Board informational reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of full-time experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills in a multi-tasking office environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
