Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GPM Investments LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Marketing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing team with various projects, including data entry, report generation, and contract management.
  • Maintain and update Marketing department documentation and databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, calendar management, and signage distribution as needed.
  • Collaborate with State DOT representatives to acquire new highway signs as requested by the Operations team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
