Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director - Flame Resistant Solutions to join our national sales team at Tyndale Company, Inc. This strategic account executive will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the flame-resistant solutions market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue and Sell Managed Programs: Aggressively seek out new business opportunities and sell arc-rated and flame-resistant clothing and managed apparel programs to clients across various industries.
  • Develop Strategic Selling Process: Collaborate with the sales director and vice president of sales to plan sales strategies on large opportunities and develop a robust pipeline for territory assignment.
  • Manage Sales Activities: Follow through with all leads provided from tradeshows, events, vendors, customer referrals, new market research, and record sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits to effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Tyndale's flame-resistant solutions.
  • Travel and Accommodations: Travel nationally 50% or as needed for onsite meetings with customers and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of consultative selling experience in a technical product environment.
  • Strong Hunting Skills: Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Candidate Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
