Pyramid Heating & Cooling, a leading provider of heating, cooling, and indoor environment solutions, is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team.

Competitive Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to lead a dedicated team of sales professionals and contribute to the company's continued success. As a results-driven leader, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment, and mentoring and developing inside sales team members.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can drive business growth, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to establish sales goals and objectives.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Mentor and develop inside sales team members.
  • Provide ongoing training for Sales Consultants and Technicians.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 annually.
