Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
**Job Summary:**
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in your assigned territory. You will work closely with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business. You will consistently call on, build, and maintain relationships with customers within your assigned territory, partnering with your RVP/RD to form, modify, and prospect sales strategies. You will also target key customers and begin to assess and uncover customer needs, communicating respectfully, effectively, concisely, and with clarity to all inside partners in regular meetings with a variety of internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication, build relationships, and increase sales.

**Requirements:**
To excel in this position, you should possess a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset, a dynamic personality, and outstanding people skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurial know-how, a bachelor's degree preferred, solid presentation skills, and the ability to speak to customer needs at all levels. Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and the ability to perform outstanding work from home are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms is also required.
