Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with business and technical strategies.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Salesforce development and administration, ensuring technical teams work aligns with business needs, goals, and objectives.
- Report status and progress to executive sponsor(s) and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce or other equivalent CRM tech stack.
- Proven experience with product thinking and strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and strong project management skills.
