Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with business and technical strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of Salesforce development and administration, ensuring technical teams work aligns with business needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Report status and progress to executive sponsor(s) and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience with Salesforce or other equivalent CRM tech stack.
  • Proven experience with product thinking and strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and strong project management skills.
