Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

LinkSquares is a fast-growing LegalTech software company, recognized for its innovative approach to contract management and legal project management. We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team and drive the success of our sales and customer success processes.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform and its integrations, including collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. You will be the primary point of contact for SFDC-related items, providing support to end-users and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations, including CPQ solution
  • Lead product evaluation and implementation efforts for the Salesforce tech stack
  • Own data cleanliness, including deduplicate/merge records
  • Stay updated on platform releases and review release notes
  • Run database maintenance reports and data exports
  • Build and manage Flows, Process Builders, Rules & Processes
  • Create and manage User Roles, Profiles, Permissions, and Hierarchies
  • Improve system usability through automation and training
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior experience as a Salesforce administrator using Sales Cloud
  • Experience working directly with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Experience with standard Revenue tech stack integrations, including a CPQ solution
  • Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills
