Job Description

ezCater is the leading food technology company in the US, connecting workplaces to over 100,000 restaurants nationwide.

The Salesforce Project Manager will support the CRM Program Manager and play a key role in the successful implementation of Salesforce across the Sales and Customer Support organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and technical organizations, implementation partners, and technology vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and with ample communication.
  • Drive and support each phase of project planning and execution, from initial brainstorming and requirement gathering to scheduling, reporting, and presenting results.
  • Oversee the day-to-day software development lifecycle (SDLC) delivery via SCRUM.
  • Build and drive project plans, including expectations, communications, timeline, and project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date, detailed project materials that are transparent to relevant stakeholders and organized for self-service.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, ezTech, DataTech, marketing, and analytics teams to help move shared goals forward.
  • Manage the execution of complex and time-critical projects by prioritizing the approach and flying through roadblocks.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, keeping everyone on the same page.

Requirements:

  • Three years of project management and/or coordination experience, including leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • PMP Certification and/or equivalent certification and experience utilizing Agile methodology.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the delivery of Salesforce projects within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce agile projects.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
  • Competence in using project management software, including Jira.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with at least one year of experience and proficiency in organizing and interpreting data sets with multiple factors and inputs.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams.
  • Ability to build a positive, cohesive, cross-functional project team focused on execution and project success.
