Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

The Sr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce applications and related data to support the Company's key business processes and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce applications and related data to support business processes and applications
  • Develop and implement Salesforce workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts
  • Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs and integrations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive system test plans and test cases
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and other technical staff
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on Salesforce
  • Active Salesforce certification
  • Mastery of computer science, software development, and data architecture methodologies
  • Proven track record of achieving business outcomes through system architecture and solution delivery
  • Extensive experience developing advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages
  • Professional experience authoring requirements, definition, design, and other related project and system documentation
  • Ability to leverage customization of Salesforce objects, workflows, and Process Builder to automate processes and improve productivity
  • Hands-on experience in data management, including data cleansing, uploading data, and creating validation rules
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration capabilities and best practices
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies, managing projects on Jira and other CI/CD tools
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively multitask
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate and provide technical support to both technical and non-technical audiences
