As a Futurist Strategy Consultant at Toffler Associates, you will leverage your analytical capabilities alongside your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research and analysis on a dynamic landscape of policies, technological advancements, innovations, and societal shifts to derive insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. You will lead and facilitate significant executive working groups and maintain regular communication with stakeholders. Your strong project management and client service skills will be essential in producing high-level reports and deliverables. You will take pride in positively influencing the future frameworks of organizations and communities nationwide.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Leading project teams of 2-4 members to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Providing project management expertise to meet client expectations regarding timelines and quality.
  • Developing and applying frameworks to derive organizational insights.
  • Conducting and synthesizing research and analysis that informs client strategies.
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement through effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in management consulting with a reputable firm.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
  • Experience in market research, conducting executive interviews, and gathering data from various sources.
  • Demonstrated project management and client delivery experience.
  • A knack for building and nurturing new professional relationships.
  • Experience facilitating small and large client meetings, including senior executive retreats.
  • Ability to convey complex business challenges in clear and relatable terms.
  • Willingness to travel within the Washington, DC metropolitan area and occasionally out-of-town within the US.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of our work with federal clients.
