Senior Business Process Consultant

OCT Consulting, LLC is a recognized small business management and technology consulting firm, dedicated to providing exceptional support to Federal Government clients. Our expertise spans across various domains including Strategy, Process Enhancement, Change Management, Program and Project Oversight, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather and articulate requirements from a variety of stakeholders.

· Initiate Policy, Strategy, and Planning tasks on behalf of the Strategic Planning Program (SPP). This includes managing assignments distributed to government agencies and relevant divisions for feedback and input.

· Conduct a comprehensive business process gap analysis and prepare a recommendation report for Government endorsement by continuously collecting and evaluating performance data to identify trends, supplemented by stakeholder interviews to pinpoint areas for business process enhancement.

· Draft standard operating procedures, job aids, and guidance documents to develop and institutionalize SPP capabilities for CISA, ensuring alignment of staffing and business workflows.

· Assist in executing business processes for the CISA Strategic Repository and utilize the repository to support the formulation of CISA Strategies, supporting plans, and priority initiatives.

  • Must be eligible to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferably in computer science, systems engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business process gap analysis and developing guidance documents for Government approval.
  • Intermediate proficiency in data analysis techniques and visualizing results using tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000, based on experience.
