  • Formulate information management strategies for your projects and communicate them effectively to your team.
  • Ensure team members adhere to company policies regarding information management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative or technical field.
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
  • At least four years of management experience, including leading teams, delivering analytical results, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Prior experience in banking, capital markets, or treasury is essential.
  • Experience in overseeing the development, testing, and management of credit models or data/analytical technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in one or more of the following: R, Python, SQL, and VBA.
  • Proven ability to understand complex data and business processes.
  • Experience in designing technical solutions is a plus.
  • Prior consulting experience is required.
  • Advanced degrees, CFA, FRM, or other relevant qualifications are preferred.
  • Authorization for permanent employment in the U.S. is required.
