Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving system inquiries and error reports in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to customers through various communication channels
  • Diagnose and resolve system inquiries and error reports using industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Document help tickets and provide solutions to customers
  • Capture, translate, and accurately diagnose details of a service need in our tracking system
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of situations, changes, and new learnings
  • Desire to be helpful in any situation, technical or non-technical
  • Knowledge of industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Service Desk or Help Desk field
