Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst

CE&I Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with maintaining day-to-day computer operations, including hardware and software maintenance
  • Participate in the rollout and implementation of new systems and technologies
  • Document incidents and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Install and configure hardware and software on desktop systems
  • Report and communicate outages and escalations to the IT Support Supervisor
  • Assume on-call duties on a scheduled rotation
  • Set up and deploy mobile phones and maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Six months to one year of experience in support/customer service
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and customer service skills
