Position Overview
The primary objective of the Front Office Agent position is to extend a warm and inviting welcome to our guests, facilitating a smooth check-in and check-out experience while promptly addressing guest inquiries. You will embody our company's mission and values, delivering outstanding service and support to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness in public areas and managing guest laundry
  • Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
  • Provide parking information and assist with bell and valet services
  • Process guest charges, payments, and adjustments accurately
  • Generate daily reports and confirm billing accuracy
  • Operate the telephone system and manage wake-up calls
  • Address guest inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Resolve issues and promote room upgrades and amenities
  • Maintain a clean work environment and uphold confidentiality
  • Stay informed about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Accurately handle guest messages
  • Adhere to company policies and safety protocols
  • Assist guests with disabilities as needed
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere
  • Participate in required training and meetings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proficient in front desk operations and related software
  • Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions, and solve problems effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and property management systems
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience in luxury markets is preferred
  • Background in hotel management is advantageous
Work Environment
  • Work in a shared space with varying noise levels
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines with professionalism
  • Flexible scheduling based on operational needs
Physical Demands
  • Regular tasks involve visual, auditory, and physical activities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent travel and extended periods of standing may be required
