Job SummaryThe Valet Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of parking guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customer and client's expectations. This includes responding quickly to customers' requests, providing caring interactions with all guests, leadership to other Valet staff and overall support to the Guest Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Relations: Establish positive guest relationships through consistent delivery of customer service to all guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance the team's performance.
- Operations: Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout the valet staging area, supervise valet operations, and resolve issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.
- Vehicle Handling: Retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas cautiously.
- Appearance and Attendance: Follow all appearance standards as set forth by Evolution Parking & Guest Services, including complete, approved pressed uniform, and follow all attendance standards as required by the scheduling.
- Adherence to Policies: Execute all terms and conditions as set forth in the Evolution Parking & Guest Services Handbook and other policies and procedures.
- Site Safety: Adhere to site-specific safety and security procedures.
- Housekeeping: Maintain clean, neat work environment including all surrounding areas of ramp, valet desk, wheelchairs, parking area, bell carts, bell closet, trash receptacles, and ash urns.
- Key Management: Ensure all keys are properly stowed in the key box.
- Professional Development: Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership developmental Programs.
- Education: Associates Degree, High School Diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience.
- Experience: Experience in valet parking, valid US Driver's License, 2+ years in a management position, experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP, and experience with Customer Service.
- Skills: Strong customer service and client relationship skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong technology proficiency, strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team, and exceptional attention to detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
