Job Title: Administrative Supervisor

About the Role:

The Administrative Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the administrative and technical aspects of our hospital's operations. This role requires a strong leader who can plan, organize, and direct staff to deliver excellent patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and technical staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hospital operations
  • Collaborate with department directors to facilitate hospital-wide patient care activities
  • Provide education and training to staff members as needed
  • Assist in the administration of hospital objectives and goals

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • Previous clinical nursing experience and management experience in nursing preferred
  • Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS through the American Heart Association required
  • ACLS certification through the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire date
