Job Title: Area Business Development Manager

US Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and close new account business within assigned areas
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support of new customers
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of new business development and account growth
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice industry and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
