Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Mueller-Yurgae Associates Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and customers, providing exceptional retail services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' and customers' businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Compose and produce high-quality business correspondence, reports, and related materials to support sales efforts.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales reports and goal initiatives for our customer base.
  • Assist with client and customer presentations, providing expert insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Study sales trends and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement promotional planning for clients and customers, including yearly planning and ongoing promotion.
  • Maintain and work with clients' promotional budgetary requirements, ensuring alignment with individual customer needs.
  • Develop and produce retail sales fliers for client focus items.
  • Manage and develop client and customer surveys using our retail survey platform.
  • Manage retail customer show development strategy, show setup, and participation for principals.
  • Organize regular client and customer meeting schedules.
  • Ensure timely and effective contract fulfillment for our clients.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and utilize personal vehicle for business purposes.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent full-time work experience in a related field.
  • Work experience in the grocery or convenience store industry is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record.
