Automotive Business Development Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Olathe Automotive Group. As a Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone and chat to qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with existing leads and nurture relationships to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity to inform sales strategies
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales expectations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
