Job Description

The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth for TAFS Inc. by effectively managing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Evaluate customer needs and tailor sales approaches to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Negotiate and structure factoring agreements to best fit customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Identify and profile prospective customers, promoting TAFS services through reliable meeting and exceeding minimum advancing requirements.
  • Present a professional image when interacting with clients, decision-makers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collect necessary documentation to complete carrier set-ups and upload documents into Salesforce.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Actively refer new ambassador leads to Ambassador and ProDispatch Manager.
  • Communicate with Ambassador and ProDispatch Manager to discuss dispatch opportunities with TAFS prospects and clients.
  • Handle contacting and collecting clients interested in TAFS through opportunity skill sets built within Salesforce and inContact.
  • Embrace training opportunities to stay up-to-date in the industry and provide competitor agreements for management review.
  • Maintain communication with clients to establish referrals and other revenue-building opportunities.
  • Handle termination or renegotiations of existing and assigned accounts.
  • Meet minimum sales expectations, including establishing a minimum of three newly advanced accounts per month.

inContact Auto-Dialer Responsibilities:

  • Follow inContact policy and remain logged in to the auto-dialer system to receive inbound calls and be available for auto-queued outbound calls.
  • Update agent status in the dialer as directed by management.
  • Remain logged in to the dialer and minimize unavailable time, including wrap-up time.
  • Disposition calls appropriately to summarize the outcome of the call and leave detailed summaries through notes.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training new TAFS Sales Account Managers on proper selling techniques and strategies, as directed by the TAFS Sales Manager.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
