Business Development Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team at The Heico Companies as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the concrete construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, designers, and engineers
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and presentations
- Provide market assessment updates and insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with district teams to develop new business and bid strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of the concrete construction industry and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
