Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Elwood Staffing, you will be responsible for identifying leads, qualifying prospective businesses, creating proposals, presenting to clients, and establishing new sustainable business partnerships.
You will work closely with our service team to provide exceptional service delivery and drive negotiations to close and onboard new accounts.
We offer a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan with company contribution, and tuition reimbursement.

**Responsibilities:**
* Identify leads and qualify prospective businesses

**Requirements:**
* Outside sales or new account business development experience preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and proactively communicate and resolve issues
* Valid driver's license required for travel between branch and prospect/client locations
