Position Summary:

The Partner Relations Manager is responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding relationships with designated channel partners. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, enhancing productivity, and driving partner recruitment initiatives. The Partner Relations Manager will represent the full spectrum of our products and services to assigned partners, with a focus on specific solutions tailored to partner verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the engagement of company resources, including support and management teams, to fulfill partner performance goals and expectations.
  • Achieve assigned sales volume and strategic objectives within partner accounts.
  • Lead a collaborative partner planning process that establishes mutual performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones for a successful partnership.
  • Continuously assess and validate partner needs to ensure alignment with company offerings.
  • Facilitate sales through partner organizations to end users, in collaboration with partner sales teams.
  • Manage potential channel conflicts by fostering effective communication and adhering to established engagement protocols.
  • Oversee solution development efforts that address end-user requirements while coordinating necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements and internal procedures, including quotes and deal registrations.
  • Promote the adoption of company initiatives among assigned partners.
  • Implement recruitment strategies for identifying and onboarding new qualified partners.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office is essential.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to partner locations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of company products/services and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting profitability expectations.
  • Ability to create and maintain partner account plans that align with company standards.
  • High partner satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company benchmarks.
  • Completion of required training and development objectives within designated timelines.
  • Close collaboration with Customer Service Representatives to ensure partner satisfaction and issue resolution.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B environment, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
