The Identity and Access Management (IAM) division is in search of a dedicated individual to spearhead the enhancement of essential IAM/PAM systems.

The IAM team is tasked with the architecture and deployment of various IAM technologies, encompassing Microsoft Active Directory, PING Federate Services, Entra ID, and CyberArk Privileged Access Management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and application teams to transition privileged accounts from outdated systems to modern enterprise solutions.
  • Engage with Senior Engineers, Architects, and Senior Management across the organization regarding Identity and Access Management policies and controls.
  • Partner with InfoSec and IAM domain leaders to formulate an identity and directories strategy that aligns with the broader InfoSec objectives.
  • Support business and IT initiatives by delivering IAM functionalities within agreed timelines.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in addressing intricate IAM-related challenges.
  • Oversee and provide engineering support for IAM backend systems.
  • Lead the development and implementation of procedures and documentation that underpin IAM services.
  • Assist in onboarding servers and users to PAM services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues related to authentication and authorization.
  • Administer Windows 2016/2019/2022 servers, including Active Directory Forest and Domain trusts, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy services, and manage hybrid multi-tenant environments involving Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree: in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of practical experience with Windows 2016/2019/2022 servers, specifically with Microsoft Active Directory, Forest and Domain trusts, and Group Policies.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Hybrid Multi-cloud, multi-tenant environment, including Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS, and GCP.
  • Familiarity with modern SDLC methodologies and the ability to adapt to various approaches utilized across teams.
  • A relentless curiosity about current and emerging technologies, along with the desire and capability to stay informed on technology trends and threats within the security sector.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
  • Experience with IAM tools and automation scripting.
  • Exposure to business, security, application, UX, and network infrastructure architectures.
