About Our Team

Norwalk Hospital Association is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service. As a Telephone Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to incoming calls, including answering main number and patient information calls.
  • Maintaining up-to-date databases and on-call schedules to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Implementing code protocols and assisting with emergency procedures as needed.
  • Participating in departmental goals and objectives, including improving communication and reducing wait times.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months' job-related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $18-$22 hourly, based on experience.
