Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Representative role at CT Dental Management is a dynamic opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced dental office environment. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere while efficiently managing appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless patient experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate the relationship between patients and dentists.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and assist with necessary administrative functions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate coordination of patient schedules and dental procedures.
- Review and educate patients on treatment plans and financial responsibilities.
- Maintain and manage patient records, including initial forms, paperwork, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear speaking and telephone voice
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Comfortable in a computerized environment
- Ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
