**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fellowship of Christian Athletes. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our field office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings with staff, vendors, and external partners.
  • Manage travel arrangements for assigned staff members.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, filtering out non-essential messages.
  • Distribute office mail and coordinate resource development projects.
  • Plan and execute donor ministry events, staff meetings, and other activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
