Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead our initiatives aimed at achieving measurable business transformation. This role involves identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be influenced through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tactical plans for product launches and ongoing brand management, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee the approval process for promotional materials to maintain brand integrity.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create actionable strategies that align with established objectives, managing timelines and financial resources effectively.
  • Lead public relations and advocacy efforts, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget while generating actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with client partners to formulate and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand success.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of marketing assets, ensuring accessibility and compliance with approval processes.
  • Coordinate with government partners and procurement teams to streamline project execution.
  • Monitor and report on budget expenditures related to marketing initiatives.
  • Uphold organizational and individual standards of conduct in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field.
  • Experience in government marketing is preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading promotional development and review processes.
  • Experience in coordinating marketing launches and tactical execution.

  • Strong business acumen in marketing and communications.
  • Ability to analyze diverse data sources to extract meaningful insights and recognize market trends.
  • Proficient in managing projects with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
