The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will be responsible for directing the strategic approach and market entry plans for significant product initiatives, focusing on unique destinations and new vessel launches over the upcoming years.
This role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders throughout the organization, including senior management, to collect essential insights on destination development and new ship constructions, ultimately formulating a recommended marketing strategy based on critical milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with relevant internal Operations teams to develop a comprehensive timeline of all forthcoming product initiatives and their alignment with the overall brand strategy and market communication plan.
    Act as the custodian of all product-specific information and messaging, staying informed about new product launches and timelines.
    This will be achieved by cultivating a thorough understanding of the product pipeline, which includes new and updated exclusive destinations, new ships, and innovative experiences.
  • Oversee the integrated marketing strategy for all product milestones, encompassing destination development and new ship introductions.
    This includes crafting the communication strategy and framework for integrated campaigns to be executed across all pertinent marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with product development specialists across the operations team, including senior leaders from New Builds, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, etc.,
    to create a compelling narrative that can be transformed into a messaging brief for all internal teams to develop marketing materials supporting product launches.
    Ensure that distinctive and proprietary assets are consistently utilized across campaigns to reinforce the brand with our audiences, even when discussing specific products.
  • Lead the creation of assets that will serve as foundational materials for the marketing team in channel-specific support.
    In this process, develop thoughtful creative briefs that consider the development of assets for all channels, both owned and paid.
    Establish the foundational creative assets that can be tailored by individual marketing teams in support of particular product milestones.
    Additionally, anticipate channel-specific needs to recommend optimal support and ensure all teams have the essential visuals/messages required.
  • Work alongside our creative agency to ensure all product communications align with the broader brand communication strategy and enhance the existing national plan in the market.
    This role will also collaborate with internal Creative Services and brief the team on key product moments that necessitate creative development and support across vital marketing disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
    Preferred fields of study include Business or Marketing.
  • 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency or managing an advertising agency is advantageous.
    Previous experience in brand or product management is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
  • Strong capability to build and nurture collaborative partnerships across functions and departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing direct reports with immediate feedback on performance and regular check-ins to review deliverables.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong focus on planning, risk management, and budget oversight.
  • Ability to interact and present information clearly and confidently to senior leaders.
  • Capacity to multitask and deliver under pressure in a high-visibility role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of digital applications/platforms (e.g., mobile, web, tablet, and social media).
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in digital marketing and communication platforms.
  • Extensive expertise in developing effective advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with media and creative analytics, along with experience in performance analysis.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role.
  • Willingness to engage in a temporary position.

Compensation: $65-$72 per hour, with payments issued weekly.
