Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Knowledge Management Lead to join our team at ManTech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies that drive business value and improve our digital engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Knowledge Management Strategies: Create and execute plans to ensure the delivery of continuous value to our customers and staff.
  • Set Expectations for Knowledge Management Plans: Establish clear expectations for knowledge management plans within our projects, monitor and measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Guidance on Knowledge Management: Offer expertise on waivers or exceptions to knowledge management plans, resolve conflicts between reference material and new requirements, and collaborate with departments to develop and enhance knowledge management processes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry best practices and demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Supervise and Mentor Junior Staff: Lead and develop junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • 5 Years of Experience: Possess 5 years of experience in developing policies, procedures, and governance for document management control, records management, knowledge management, online library management, or related fields.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in knowledge management, management information systems, library and information science, or a related field. Alternatively, 4 years of related experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Possess a Master's degree or higher in knowledge management, management information systems, business administration, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications, such as the Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or Certified Records Manager, are also desirable.
Clearance Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance: This role requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Physical Requirements
  • Stationary Position: Must be able to sit for more than 50% of the workday.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with peers and senior personnel.
  • Computer Use: Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
