Senior Financial Resource Analyst

Position Overview:
In a dynamic environment, the allocation of financial resources is critical for driving impactful change. We are seeking a Senior Financial Resource Specialist who can effectively guide a team through the complexities of funding regulations, policies, and requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Your Role:
As a Senior Financial Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive financial management strategy tailored to assist clients in navigating intricate budgetary and financial obligations. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold Service Level Agreements and support the formulation of project cost proposals, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in government finance regulations to assist clients in articulating precise financial requirements.
- Ensure accurate tracking of expenditures and updates post-funding allocation, maintaining open lines of communication with both government and project stakeholders.
- Lead the team in executing high-stakes infrastructure projects, leveraging your financial analysis skills to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in finance, encompassing accounting and budgeting.
- Proven track record in managing substantial budgets for complex projects.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with government accounting systems, particularly CostPoint.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Maximo.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant designation.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
