As the Program Manager for Financial Empowerment, you will be instrumental in facilitating access to affordable vehicle loans for low-to-moderate income individuals, thereby enhancing their financial security and promoting self-sufficiency.   • Participant Guidance: Clearly articulate program details to prospective participants, assist them in navigating the application and vehicle selection process, and provide support to those preparing for future loan opportunities.
  • Ensuring Participant Success: Collaborate closely with the Loan Team to help participants manage their loans effectively, navigate challenges, and achieve high repayment rates and improved credit scores.
  • Educational Leadership: Conduct workshops within the community, providing participants with valuable insights into vehicle ownership, financial literacy, and related topics. Partner with community organizations to invite guest speakers and create a resource network.
  • Outcome Tracking: Maintain accurate records of participant progress and success stories using appropriate software, contributing to program data and securing ongoing funding.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the statewide team to align objectives, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the program.
