About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Search, source, and screen potential candidates to meet client requirements.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver sales enablement programs, ensuring sales professionals have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a full sales cycle role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proficiency in sales tools and technology.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
