About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Relationship Management to join our team at EAB Seramount. As a key member of our Relationship Expansion team, you will be responsible for strengthening and directing executive member relationships, promoting partner utilization and engagement, and driving revenue growth through retention and upsell efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep knowledge of major players in the corporate DEI industry and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, including CDOs, CHROs, and other senior executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for serving, renewing, and expanding partnerships within an assigned pool of organizations.
  • Proactively drive member utilization and consumption of services, with the ultimate goal of achieving outcomes as identified in success plans.
  • Meet quarterly, semi-annual, and annual revenue goals through management of renewal and upsell sales pipeline with pursuits in various stages of the evaluation process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of onboarding process, including welcome calls and new partner orientation.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce data integrity and compliance, including up-to-date contact information for partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven record of professional success, with at least 6-8 years of experience in client or account management, consulting, or service delivery.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
