The Role

We are seeking a Strategic Leader to join our Research Partner Success team. As a Strategic Leader, you will represent EAB's Research division with colleges and universities, building relationships with university Continuing and Online Education (COE) leaders and other key stakeholders. You will drive high-impact utilization, visible ROI, and maximize the value EAB partners derive from their research partnership to secure partnership renewal and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with university COE executives to secure trusted partner status.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the research, renewal, sales, and other product teams to serve our partners in a coordinated, holistic manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key industry issues and how EAB's Research helps partners set and execute their strategy in areas like program modality and strategic growth.
  • Provide guidance and advice to partners based on EAB research best practices.
  • Present and/or facilitate state of the industry presentations for key partnership contacts and their teams.
  • Develop and maintain general knowledge of broader EAB offerings (e.g., Adult Learner Recruitment, Navigate, etc. products).
  • Monitor engagement analytics on an ongoing basis to both uncover and codify best practices, as well as to surface areas of low engagement or risk and create save strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University
  • Proven record of professional success
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with COE executives in higher education, public, or private sectors
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and time in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-undergraduate experience encompassing at least three of the following: client or account management experience, consulting or service delivery experience, presentation and facilitation experience, leadership experience, commercial experience
