Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed performance objectives.
  • Monitor and grant credit exceptions in accordance with Capital One's policy and within individual credit level authority.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
  • At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of experience in Indirect Auto Finance, 2+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting, 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
