Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Management Director to lead our Enterprise IT Transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex IT projects and programs that drive business value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and programs that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in program management, IT project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects and programs that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial management systems, such as ERP/Core Financials or Corporate Performance Management platforms.
Security Clearance
  • Active DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance or fully adjudicated Secret clearance.
Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $143,600-$239,300. Compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant work experience, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location.
